LOCAL CRAB FEAST

Local guests provide their own transportation to our Dungeness Crab feast!

The remote location will only add to your dining pleasure at the rustic, yet elegant, George Inlet Lodge. This historic building was once an old cannery bunkhouse, towed for five years by barge to its current location, originally the site of a gold mine. The lodge’s warmth and charm create a relaxing experience that will be the highlight of your Alaskan journey.

The meal Features fresh Dungeness crab served with a Romaine salad with homemade dressing, and a scrumptious cheesecake with blueberry topping for dessert to round out this hearty meal. This feast tends to be a very robust gathering and has been called a “rowdy good time!” Your hosts lead you through a panorama of local tall tales, then demonstrate the easiest way to crack your crabs!
